Products: Futura Classic Flexible Great Toe Implant

The Classic Flexible Great Toe implant is a third generation prosthesis designed to supplement first metatarsophalangeal joint arthroplasty. Constructed from UltraSiL™ medical grade silicone elastomer, the Classic offers Futura's patented axial offset hinge and other advanced design features while maintaining the surgical technique of the previous generation joint replacements. Instrumentation is also simplified with only a trapezoidal and rectangular broach necessary to prepare the intramedullary canals.

Features and Benefits
Anatomically correct axial offset hinge. The metatarsal stem is elevated relative to the phalangeal stem.

Futura™ Foot and Ankle Products
The stem geometry is optimized for the unique anatomy of the intramedullary canals of the phalanx and metatarsal bones.
The hinge incorporates a reinforcing strength rib.
The CGT offers a more functional and durable implant to those surgeons who do not wish to alter their joint resection technique.
